What happens if you use a shorter image for the fission bar? does it get stretched?

I personally think that its much smoother with more frames, the 50 frame one's link has died on imageshack. If its not too much trouble, could you upload it again?

Oh yes, Fediafedia, I think that your progress bar is a bit light compared to the Vista IE7 one. Otherwise, it's great.

You trying to be funny, right? I have read it more than 5 times!
Anybody there can explain it, how to do it.

I have downloaded the "Vista-Aero" but I don't want to change theme. Im using "Kempelton".

I'm not trying to be funny, no. You don't need to download Vista-Aero; the Fission progress bar will work in Firefox 3 (and older) regardless of the theme. You just need to download Fission from the addons.firefox page first. Then save a desired progress bar (I suggested fediaFedia), save it to your computer where it won't be moved, then find it from the fission options window in firefox.
